The Lives We Lost in the February 6 Earthquakes…

I believe that the losses we suffer due to earthquakes must come to an end. I trust that in the future, our children will act with this awareness, building stronger cities and more resilient societies.

When we instill a love for science in children, I believe that future generations will construct a safer world through science and awareness.

This is not just a hope; it is a goal we can achieve together through collective effort.

We must all take action to ensure that our children, grandchildren, and future generations do not experience these tragedies again.

Is everyone giving me incredible opportunities in this project?

• No.

Is this my responsibility?

• It is.

Am I choosing to step out of my comfort zone?

• I am.

Honestly, everything began with the story of my dog, Alice, who survived the Hatay earthquake. Her inspiring journey led me to turn her story into a book, which I am publishing on my website so that children can access it for free. I strongly believe in equal opportunities in education.

Believing that every child should have equal access to knowledge and learning opportunities, I decided to expand this project.

My Dream: Science and Earthquake Museums Spreading Across Istanbul and Turkey

The Alis’tanbul Project aims to establish free museums that introduce children to science, nature, and the formation of our planet. These museums, starting in Istanbul, will offer an engaging and educational exploration of topics such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes, natural disasters, and the formation of the Earth.

Through scientific experiments, interactive activities, and collaborations with universities to organize science days and joint projects, I aim to nurture children’s imagination.

These museums will not just be places to visit; they will be lifelong educational gateways that teach children curiosity, discovery, and critical thinking. We need spaces that guide children toward science, nature, and real knowledge.

Alice will serve as a guide in the museums. Alongside Alice, children will:

• Learn about the formation of the Earth, earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanoes.

• Get a closer look at nature through scientific experiments and activities.

• Participate in fun and educational projects thanks to collaborations with universities.

Support for a Sustainable Future

My vision is clear: A Turkey where every child has equal access to science, nature, and education! 🌟
